Principle of Operation

The system operates on the principle of ion exchange and sorption. Inside the column's body is a special filter medium—anion exchange resin. As water passes through this resin layer, it is purified of organic compounds that either settle on its surface or are exchanged for safe ions.

To restore the resin's properties, the valve feeds a salt solution from a dedicated brine tank. This solution effectively flushes out the accumulated organic matter, after which the resin is ready for a new purification cycle. The valve can be programmed for regeneration by volume (after a specific amount of water has been purified) and by time, which makes the system's operation as efficient as possible.
