AQUAFORCE AQ-AERO1054-F117Q3 is an automated professional pressure aeration system designed for the effective removal of iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide.

How It Works

The purification and self-cleaning process is divided into stages:

Column No. 1 (Aeration and Degassing): Water is actively mixed with air supplied by a compressor. This performs two functions:
- Oxidation: Oxygen converts dissolved iron into solid form (sediment).
- Gas Removal: Gases and hydrogen sulfide are stripped from the water. Excess air along with accumulated gases is automatically vented out through a special air release valve at the top of the column.
Column No. 2 (Filtration): The water enters the second column containing catalytic media, which finalizes the oxidation and traps iron particles within the filter bed. The result is clean, clear water.
Backwash (Self-Cleaning): When it is time to rinse, the system automatically starts regeneration. Iron particles accumulated in the second column are washed out of the media by a reverse flow of water and discharged into the drain.

Application

The system is installed in private houses and facilities where borehole water has a metallic taste, unpleasant odor, or leaves rust stains. Its capacity allows for a comfortable supply of clean water to 2-3 simultaneous taps.

Air and Gas Release Valve: Automatically removes waste air and hydrogen sulfide.
Compressor Control Relay: Ensures the compressor runs only during water usage (programmable).
Filter Media: Catalytic media (35 liters), quartz sand, and gravel.
