AQUAPHOR LP21-4040 Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element
Highly Efficient Water Purification
The AQUAPHOR LP21-4040 membrane element from the LP (Low Pressure) series is a modern water purification solution created using an aromatic polyamide composite. It provides exceptional performance at low pressure, making it an ideal choice for commercial and industrial reverse osmosis systems.
Purpose and Advantages
This membrane effectively desalinates brackish, surface, ground, and tap water. Thanks to its structure, it is perfectly suited for producing high-purity water used in the following industries:
- Electronics and Power Generation: For the production of ultrapure water.
- Food and Beverage: For preparing beverages and providing clean water for technological needs.
- Industrial Processes: For boiler feed water and other systems that require desalination.
Key Characteristics
- High Performance: The average permeate flow of the element is 9.1 m³ per day (2400 GPD), ensuring a stable flow of purified water.
- Effective Impurity Removal: The membrane provides a stable salt rejection rate of 99.5%. It also effectively removes dissolved salts, organic substances (TOC), and silicon dioxide (SiO2). Feed water TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) is up to 4000 ppm.
- Low-Pressure Operation: Thanks to LP technology, the membrane operates at a lower pressure compared to standard elements, which helps to reduce operating costs.
- Durable Construction: The element features a housing made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic, ensuring durability and resistance to an operating pressure of up to 4.14 MPa (600 psi).
