How It Works
«Titan Active Anode» is an active electronic anode that generates a direct current, which is supplied to the inner surface of the tank (the cathode). This current creates a protective layer that prevents corrosion. Unlike traditional magnesium anodes that are completely consumed over time, the titanium anode is virtually non-consumable and does not require regular replacement.
The system operates autonomously:
- It automatically measures the resistance between the titanium anode and the tank body.
- Based on this data, it automatically selects the optimal current to ensure the most effective protection.
Advantages and Indicators
This intelligent system guarantees your peace of mind:
- Green Indicator: If the system is working correctly and providing protection, the indicator on the control unit glows green.
- Red Indicator:
In case of problems, the indicator turns red, alerting you to the need
for a check. The system will immediately report situations such as:
- A short circuit of the anode to the tank body.
- A break in the power supply wires.
- The absence of water in the tank.
