General Description

The Aquaphor "2-in-1" Water Conditioning Module is an innovative replacement filter element designed for Aquaphor reverse osmosis systems, specifically for the Morion (DWM) models. It is intended for use at the final stage of purification, performing two key functions simultaneously: final post-filtration and mineralization. Thanks to this module, the water becomes not only perfectly clean but also beneficial, acquiring a pleasant taste and an optimal mineral balance.

How It Works

The module is installed after the reverse osmosis membrane. It features a compact housing with John Guest type quick-connect fittings, allowing for easy integration into any compatible system.

Inside the module are two types of filter media:

1. Activated Coconut Carbon: This component is used for final purification. It effectively removes any residual odors and tastes that may have developed while the water was stored in the tank, as well as any traces of chlorine or organic compounds.
2. Natural Mineral Components: After the carbon filtration, the water flows through a layer of natural minerals that enrich it with beneficial magnesium salts. This restores the water's optimal mineral balance, raises its pH (acidity), and makes the taste more natural and pleasant, as water purified by reverse osmosis can often taste "flat."
