VFA10M 230V 2,2kw 11,5A
Frequency Inverter Wasinex VFA10 (2.2 kW / 11.5A)
Smart Pump Control: Constant Pressure, Quiet Operation & Energy Saving
The Wasinex VFA10 is an intelligent control hub for your water supply. It replaces outdated pressure switches and transforms an ordinary pump into a high-tech system that maintains stable water pressure regardless of how many taps are open simultaneously.
💎 Why Your Home Needs It:
Standard pressure switches work on a "harsh" ON/OFF basis. The VFA10 works differently by smoothly adjusting the motor speed:
- Constant Pressure: Your shower pressure won't drop even if someone starts the dishwasher or garden irrigation.
- Energy Efficiency: The pump consumes only as much power as required for the current flow (saving up to 50%).
- Pump Longevity: Soft start and stop features eliminate "water hammer" effects and protect motor windings from start-up stress.
- Complete Protection: Built-in sensors protect against dry running, voltage surges, and short circuits.
✅ Best Suited For:
- Borehole pumps with external control boxes: If your pump currently uses a starter box with a capacitor, this inverter is the perfect upgrade. You remove the old box and connect the pump directly to the inverter.
- Any pump up to 2.2 kW: This is the most powerful model in the range (11.5A). It is universal: you can connect pumps rated at 0.55, 0.75, 1.1, 1.5, or 2.2 kW.
- Plug & Play: The high-precision pressure sensor is included, calibrated, and ready for use.
🛠 Installation & Wiring Notes:
- Direct Connection: We recommend that a qualified technician opens the casing and connects the pump cable directly to the internal terminals (U, V, W, and Ground/PE).
- Expansion Tank: A small pressure tank (2–8 liters) must be installed in the system for the electronics to function correctly.
📏 Technical Specifications:
- Power: up to 2.2 kW (3.0 HP).
- Current: Max 11.5 A.
- Input: 220V (Standard 1-phase). / Output: 3-phase 220V (Delta connection).
- Dimensions: 175 x 220 x 160 mm.
❗ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING:
Installation must be carried out only by a qualified electrician and plumber!
Incorrect wiring or incorrect pressure settings can lead to electric shock, equipment failure, or burst pipes. Self-installation without professional skills voids the warranty!
