AQUAPHOR Crystal HA — Water Softening and Deep Purification System
AQUAPHOR Crystal HA is an effective 3-stage filtration and softening
system designed for municipal tap water with high turbidity and visible
particles (sand, rust, silt).
This system provides deep purification for your drinking water,
removes hazardous chemical compounds, and protects your home appliances
from limescale buildup.
KEY FEATURES:

• Limescale Protection: The KH cartridge softens hard water,
preventing white limescale deposits on your kettle and cookware.
• CarbFiber Block Technology: Combines finely powdered coconut shell
activated carbon with Aquaphor's patented ion-exchange microfibers for
superior removal of heavy metals and chlorine.
• Multiple Regenerations: The KH softening cartridge contains
ion-exchange resin that can be easily regenerated at home using standard
table salt.
• Extended Filter Life: The K5 polypropylene cartridge traps larger
sediments, preserving and extending the service life of the K7 final
filter.
FILTRATION STAGES:
1. Module K5 (Pre-filtration): Polypropylene cartridge traps mechanical sediment (sand, rust, dirt) down to 5 microns.
2. Module KH (Softening): Reduces water hardness and prevents scale
formation. Recommended for moderately hard water (if scale appears
within 10–14 days).
3. Module K7 (Final Purification): Carbon block cartridge filters
out fine particles down to 0.8 microns. Effectively removes active
chlorine, heavy metals (including lead), pesticides, pharmaceuticals,
and microplastics.

• Filtration Speed: 2 L/min
• Capacity: Up to 4000 liters (depending on incoming water quality)
• Application: Municipal tap water with sediment issues and medium hardness.
MAINTENANCE & REPLACEMENT:
• Complete Cartridge Set: Replace at least once every 12 months (or sooner in case of plumbing emergencies).
• Module K5 (First Stage): Replace every 3–6 months depending on water turbidity.
• Module KH (Softening): Requires periodic salt regeneration whenever scale reappears.
* Note: For highly mineralized or very hard water, we recommend using a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system.
